Villa Overview:- Our Florida Gulf Coast villa to rent is located right on the waterfront providing you with amazing views and the opportunity to be close up to nature. The minute you first walk through the door you will instantly have the“WOW!” factor. Our beautiful home is a contemporary 3 bed/2 bath which sleeps 6 and has been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind. Complete with a large private electric heated pool as well as your very own fishing dock (*) if not for fishing on, then simply relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.

(*) Please note that the dock is currently not in use due to high water levels incurred during the last hurricane caused it be displaced and we are waiting to get it repaired

Villa Interior:- Our villa has been professionally interior designed to the highest standard and specification with lots of upgrades. We have used calming neutral tones and rich fabrics to give a contemporary and tasteful feel. We have mixed leather, marble and Italian stone to create a luxury yet comfy home. The layout is open-plan style making it a very social home with distinct separate areas for the Living Room, Family Gathering Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook Area. Every room is light, spacious and well planned.

The Living Area

Our Gulf Villa is spacious and contemporary and has a relaxing formal living area with beautiful high cathedral ceilings. After a long day shopping, golfing or beaching it’s great to come home and relax, listen to some music or simply enjoy the views of the pool and waterway beyond.

STYLISH & CALMING

Master Suite

The master bedroom suite is very open and spacious with doors which open straight on to the sun-deck and pool area. The furniture and décor have been designed to have an exotic and rich feel. The four poster super king size bed is just stunning and amazingly comfy! Complete with ample walk-in storage area.

The Master en-suite is very large with a walk-in shower big enough for 2! Complete with separate toilet, his & hers basins and hairdryer.

LOVE, LAUGHTER & FRIENDSHIP

Alfresco & Pool Deck

For lovers of the sun, the delightful sun deck, which stretches out to the pool area, is the perfect place to sunbathe on the provided sun-loungers.

Under the covered lanai/patio area, is a large glass dining table making it ideal for alfresco dining and anyone wishing to escape the heat; the overhead fan also helps to keep things cool. There is also a gas BBQ available (extra charge).

Kitchen & Sitting Area

At the heart of the villa you’ll find the well equipped kitchen which has been designed to be social. The funky bar stools around the kitchen island make it an ideal place to chat whilst watching the chef at work!

All the main appliances you would expect to find are here and it’s equipped with most things you need for indoor out outdoor cooking.

Off from the kitchen you will find the nook area which is an informal place for snacks or breakfast overlooking the pool.

Walk in pantry for food storage.

Separate utility room off the kitchen with large top loading washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and its own sink unit. It’s even air-conditioned!

Queen Suite: The queen bedroom suite is a lovely sized room, with a beautiful cottage retreat design. This room has the best view of the gardens and waterway.

Twin Suite: The twin room has gorgeous Laura Ashley fabrics and is really beautiful with twin beds & good storage. Ideal for children or parents who’ve argued!!

Guest Bathroom: Ideally situated between the Queen and Twin Suites this bathroom comes complete with its own bath, shower, toilet and basin and hairdryer.

Outside The Villa

Private Pool:

The large private pool is most inviting with elegant mosaic terracotta tiles. It can be heated in the cooler months to allow all year round swimming (extra charge). Steps lead down to the 3ft shallow end which extends out to the 5ft deep end. An underwater seat is located at the deep end which is handy for anyone wanting to take a rest from swimming or catch the sun rays whilst keeping cool at the same time! It also has its own light for night-time swimming. The pool is enclosed in a mesh screen which is excellent for keeping out any bugs. For added safety the pool has a lockable children’s safety barrier around it.

Private Fishing Dock:

The garden area, which is expertly landscaped, leads down to the waterway providing stunning, calming views. Here you will find your own private fishing dock (*) complete with fishing rod and leisure chairs. Even if you don’t fish, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset, enjoy a good book with a glass of wine or watch the different types of wildlife.
